1. What we collect

When you contact us (form, email, phone, text), we collect: your name, contact details, address (if you need work done there), and a description of the job. For paid work, we also collect invoicing details: ABN if you have one, billing address, payment method.

2. Why we collect it

To quote, schedule and complete plumbing or gas work. To send invoices and receipts. To follow up on warranty work. To send the occasional reminder for two-yearly gas servicing if you’ve had gas work done by us.

3. Who we share it with

Only people directly involved in delivering the work to you:

  • The accountant who processes our invoices and BAS
  • The accounting software we use for our books
  • Suppliers (if we’re ordering a specific part for your job and they need to know it’s for your address)
  • The NSW Fair Trading or NSW Gas regulator if you ever lodge a complaint, or if they request records

We don’t share with marketers, list brokers, advertisers, or any other third party that isn’t directly involved in delivering your work.

4. How long we keep it

Tax records: 7 years (legal requirement). Job records and any photos: 5 years (warranty and dispute window). Marketing-related contact details: until you ask us to delete them.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time:

  • What information we hold about you
  • To correct anything that’s wrong
  • To delete anything we’re not required to keep by law

6. This site

This is a demo site. In production, this site would use minimal cookies (no third-party tracking beyond basic Google Analytics if enabled). Form submissions would be sent via a trusted form service (Formspree or similar) that holds data only briefly and then forwards to us.
